Shalom!

Welcome to a soulful meditation experience curated by Stacey. Stacey’s guided sessions intertwine her deep appreciation for Hindu practices with the rich spiritual traditions of Judaism in her meditation practice. With a keen sense of responsibility and a commitment to service inspired by Jewish values, and drawing inspiration from both cultures, Stacey weaves a tapestry of meditation that honors a heritage while fostering personal growth.

Her Kavannah, or intention, is to inspire and empower each individual to embark on a journey of self-discovery, while also spreading light to illuminate and dispel darkness from within and around us to make a better world (Tikkun Olam).
